Drains were a fundamental element of ancient stone pavements. This type of ancient paving is Brick and Stone's passion.

For years, we've been restoring antique stone floors from various eras and regions of Italy. In this case, the ancient drain was recovered from a city street in central Tuscany. Don't be fooled by its beautifully preserved appearance: this antique manhole dates back to the 19th century! Our job is precisely that: recovering ancient materials and making them available again for those who wish to use them in construction or renovation projects.
